You may follow the steps as mentioned below:

Step1:

Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

Step 2:

Uninstall the drivers from device manager

1)Click on start and right click on computer

2)Click on properties

3)Click on device manager on the left pane of the screen

4)Click on continue or type a password if prompted

5)Expand DVD/CD-Rom drives

6)Right click on DVD drive and click on uninstall

(Click on continue or type a password for User account control) if prompted.
